BHM Book Club
Black History Month is on the horizon, and the Department of History is kicking things off with a reading club, featuring Ibram X. Kendi's Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America (2016). We have twenty copies of Kendi's book to give away to students who are interested in participating. It's a big one, but we don't expect you to read all of it unless you've got the time. (We'll be focusing on parts 2, 4, and 5.) The discussion will take place on Wednesday, February 6, at 5:00 pm in 101 LeConte.
